Dare to Hope is the enduring legacy of Hawthorn Football Club Premiership Player and Norm Smith Medallist Paul Dear. Diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer in 2020, Paul's story shines a light on this brutal disease. Pancreatic cancer remains one of the deadliest cancers, with a staggeringly low five-year survival rate - only 1 in 10 people diagnosed will survive that long.
